The first chapter describes the legal framework that governs life insurance. Chapter 2 covers insurance policy provisions and individual and group accident & sickness insurance. Chapter 3 describes life insurance, accident & sickness insurance, and annuity claims-payment of proceeds. Chapter 4 covers the rules and principles governing the activities of life insurance agents and accident & sickness insurance agents.
